The Neptuno VIP Lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the Terminal T4 Satellite building, boarding area. It is reserved for non-Schengen flights. Access is granted only to passengers with a Terminal T4 Satellite Building boarding pass.

Stay duration:The maximum amount of scheduled time allowed is three (3) hours, immediately prior to the scheduled departure of the flight indicated on the boarding cards of users accessing the lounge.

Additionally, please note that transit passengers will be granted access to the lounge for a maximum stay of four (4) hours, in consideration of the particularities of their situation.
